Dog Wash
Instructions for dog wash
Before Putting Your Dog in the Tub
1. Start by triple tapping the “Disinfectant” button (this is always free). Spray the four sides and bottom of the wash station.
2. Open the door, load and leash your dog. If your dog is prone to jumping, you will want to leash your dog from both directions to prevent injury.
3. Put on a complimentary apron.
4. Press and hold the $17.00 Button until it says, “Please present your card”. This unit can accept tap, chip, or Apple Pay.
5. The timer will begin loading up 10 minutes. Take note of the small countdown timer located inside the time window. It will ask if you would like to disinfect the tub.
6. Press the “Stop/Pause” Button for NO.
7. Take note that if you decide you need more time, you MUST press the “STOP” button BEFORE TIME RUNS OUT. To continue your session, select and pay for desired additional time.
8. You are now ready to begin bathing your dog.
Bathing Your Dog
1. Press the shampoo button to dispense shampoo (be sure to push the faucet lever forward).
2. After lathering up your dog, press the “STOP” button to scrub your dog.
3. You may select Conditioner or Flea Wash at this time or proceed to rinsing your dog.
Drying Off & Disinfecting Tub
1. Press the “STOP” BUTTON when you are ready to start the blow-drying process.
2. Grab two complimentary towels (per dog) and towel dry your dog. Please put towels in the hamper and finish the rest of the timer blow-drying your dog.
3. When you are finished, re-leash your dog and remove it from the tub.
4. Triple Tap the DISINFECTANT button and disinfect the four sides and bottom of the tub. Triple tap the button again if you need more time. Disinfectant is ALWAYS FREE.
Towel Usage
Towel dry your dog BEFORE using the hair dryers!
TWO TOWELS PER DOG PLEASE to ensure there is enough for others!
PLEASE DO NOT remove towels from the Doggie Room.
